Consulting
As a consultant specializing in the intersections of race, place, and culture, my work centers on fostering understanding, dismantling barriers, and bridging divides to create spaces of equity and reconciliation. With a deep commitment to justice and inclusion, I bring expertise in navigating complex conversations and designing strategies that challenge systemic inequities while uplifting diverse voices.
My approach is rooted in:
Bridging: Building connections across differences, fostering dialogue, and cultivating environments where collaboration flourishes.
Dismantling: Addressing systems of oppression by identifying and challenging the structures that perpetuate inequity.
Reconciling: Facilitating processes that repair relationships, restore communities, and align organizational practices with values of inclusion and justice.
Whether working with organizations, faith communities, or individuals, I bring a nuanced understanding of the power dynamics at play in these spaces and a passion for helping others achieve transformative change. Together, we can create sustainable pathways to equity and belonging.
